Goods will be selected at the time of dispatch.

POSTAGE

All goods are dispatched within 2 working days of cleared funds. We always obtain proof of postage and all goods leave us checked and in good condition.

Insurance is not included within the standard postage and packing charges. 'Recorded signed for' delivery is available at an extra cost.

Postage without insurance is at the buyer's own risk. If you wish to have the goods dispatched with insurance we would be happy to calculate a price for this service: if requested, before payment has been made.

Once the goods have been posted it is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

Delays with postage companies do happen from time to time especially at busy periods, please allow up to 14 days in the UK and 28 days for the rest of the world.

We have weighed every item and taken into account the size and shape to ensure the correct postage and packaging charges apply. However if you feel that you have been over charged feel free to contact us and we will check our charges and refund you if necessary.

 PAYMENT

Payment must be made immediately, unless agreed otherwise.

Please contact us if you wish to pay using PayPal or to pay by cheque or postal order.

We use your personal information to provide the services you've requested (i.e. the purchase of a tarot reading by use of a credit or debit card or the purchase of an item from our shop and processing of your order).
